Chapter 15
Alina's POV
This morning, I woke up pretty early. I planned to get up early to have breakfast so that I could avoid meeting Freddy, but when I come out of my bedroom and walk towards the dining room, Amy greets me with a smile, "Mrs. Barnett, you also got up early today. Luckily, the breakfast is ready."
When I hear the word "Also", I know I can not enjoy a happy breakfast today. I turn around and I am about to go back to my room when Amy continues, "Mrs. Barnett, yesterday you said that you wanted to eat some vegetables, so I made you a fruit pizza and some potato soup today. I also made you some salad. I hope you like them."
Amy is really kind to me, so I cannot reject her. I sit beside the table reluctantly, with an air of unhappiness when I see Freddy.
