I can’t help the excitement.

“Let’s go over there.” I point and basically make a run for it when I remember that I have to grab some tokens first. I turn to Abel. “Wait here for a second.” ThT being said, I head towards the counter to grab the toka end of happiness.

After obtaining them and paying, I head back to see Abel staring at a claw machine. It was the kind that if you’re lucky enough, you’ll retrieve a pack of other tickets that could get you a prize.

I tap him on the shoulder and hand him a couple of tokens for him to use. He gives me a look of confusion.

“I can’t be the only one having fun.” Is what I tell him with a grin. My gaze turns to the claw machine and I thought I’d give myself a shot. I edge closer and just as I’m about to put the token and shoot my luck, Abel steps in between and tries it.

I blink my eyes, seemingly thinking that was rude but it’s not like I can do anything about it. I decide to just keep my mouth shut and find excitement elsewhere.
