Haley may have acknowledged being a push-over around Megan but she refused to accept it to be a reality that would linger up to the future. She wanted to change it. For a really long time she did and when the blinders had come off, the very ones that compelled her to worship her best friend, she finally saw clarity. Haley used to hang onto Meg's every word and she'd listen raptly to whatever nonsense her relentless mouth would speak of even if the subjects didn't interest or of if they would hurt her. Truthfully, she was sorest with one subject in particular; Francis and Megan had masses of things to say about him. Pride gleamed within her when she finally recognized that a lot of the things her best friend would ramble on about were garbage. What really bothered Haley at the moment was
