Elianna unconsciously took a few steps forward, behind her, Joseph walked out of the door.
"Where did you want to go?"
Elianna paused, turned around, and said, "I just saw a child run past."
Joseph replied, "That was my son."
Elianna said, "Oh? Then why haven't I seen the child's mother?"
Joseph could sense the curiosity in her eyes, but he chose to ignore it directly. "I'll have the driver take you home."
Elianna could tell that he didn't want to reveal even a tiny bit about the child's background and she was also not interested in probing further. "Got it," she said.
After saying that, she walked downstairs.
The car stopped at the door.
Joseph escorted her to the door and asked, "When will the next treatment be, approximately?"
Elianna replied, "In a couple of days."
