Olivia slammed the rest of Aiden’s clothes into his suitcase, she closed it and pushed roughly so it would seal shut. She used two arms to push, and then she hit the suitcase so hard that a loud smacking sound carried throughout her room. She didn’t hear Aiden walking back in.
“When you said you were helping me pack I didn’t know you were planning to have a fight with my suitcase”
Aiden’s joking hid his hesitancy to leave Olivia, but he had to go back to the pack at least for a couple of weeks, he had been gone too long. Olivia ignored him and continued to struggle with the suitcase, the perfect excuse not to look at him in the eyes.
