Chapter 12
REMY stood when Jace walked into the home office. A huge sigh of relief left his lungs.
Jace shrugged. “Nothing bad,” he said. “Clean shot.”
Remy nodded. “Good.”
“I think I found something,” Colt said next, looking at Jace. “Something that connects the four of you.” He pointed to Riley, Jace and Jordan.
Jordan was putting his Baretta back in it’s case when he stopped, and stared wide eyed at Colt. “Wait. What now?”
Colt was nodding vigorously. “You heard me, brother.” He jabbed a thumb at Gabrielle. “Gabbie and I started digging. Didn’t find anything, at first, Then we dug deeper and into the victims’ pasts.”
