Bethany (Oh Mi-Sun's) pov :

After Alicia left, I cleared the table and washed the plate. I have to work in the morning. I work as a cleaner in three different places. The people I work for are very rich and friendly.

They help me most of the time with money and food. I cleaned every necessary place before reaching for my bag.

It was 7:40 am already. I switched off the light and l went outside

I closed the door and left the house. I walked down the street to get a taxi. I boarded one and went straight to the Smart's Mansion. They are the fourth richest family in the country.

I got there and alighted from the taxi

"Here's your money" i said and handed the driver a dollar

He gave me my change and I went inside. I was already familiar with the gateman so it was easy to get in.

I entered the house and met Mr Smart, he was already dressed for work

"Good morning sir" I greeted

"Oh Bethany how are you this morning" he answered

"I'm fine"

He wanted to say something when his wife's voice interrupted him

"Baby you are still here" she asked her husband

"I'm about leaving" he answered

"Bye honey" she said

"Bye cupcake"

He pecked her on her lips before leaving

"Bye Bethany"

"Bye" I answered

"Bethany you're here already" she said

"Yes ma'am"

"I already told you to call me Audrey" she said

"Yes Audrey" I replied

"I'm going to the grocery store, to get some food stuff, you can start cleaning" she said

"Ok Audrey"

I was about walking away when she called me

"Bethany, hope you had breakfast already?" She asked and I nodded

"You can eat when you are hungry. I will be back before you leave"

I watched her leave before setting to work immediately. I started with the kitchen. I cleaned and mopped the floor and every other place that needed to be clean. I washed all the plates and arranged them properly.

I left the kitchen and went to clean the sitting room. When I was done I went upstairs to clean the children's room and also Mrs Smart's personal room.

I came back to the sitting room and saw Mrs Smart sorry Audrey.

"You're back?" I asked

"Yes, I came back not long ago" she replied

"I'm done ma'am, I will be leaving now" I said

She was seated on the couch watching an entertainment program

"Here's your money" she said and handed me some dollars.

"I got you this also" she pointed at some groceries she bought

"Thanks ma'am, sorry thank you Audrey"

"Come on stop thanking me"

I picked the bags up

"Goodbye Audrey" I said

"Good bye Bethany"

I left the Smart's mansion and went back home to drop the bags. I boarded a taxi to Alexander's mansion.

I worked as fast as I could to beat up the time. I finished my work there and left for the last house. It was just 11:20 am

"I can beat the time" I thought

I was in the last house, almost done when my phone rang. It was the principal

?Hello. Mrs Kings

?Good morning principal

?Ma'am you attention is need urgently at the school

?Is anything the matter?, How is Alicia?, did she do something wrong?

I was worried. I know I was suppose to come to the school but it's just 11:40 am

"It's just 11:40 am right?" I thought

I checked the time and realized it was past 12.

What!!!

I quickly finished up my job and boarded a cab to the school. I paid the cab man and went straight to the office.

I entered and saw him seated comfortably in his seat. I looked around and couldn't find Alicia

I sigh. At least she's not in trouble.

I was happy she didn't cause any trouble but at the same time, I was furious!

"Hey principal, what exactly do you call me for" i yelled

'You need to calm down Mrs Kings" the principal said

I glared at the principal before turning to face another direction.

I was looking for a seat. There were about three other people in the room with the principal excluded

I raised my eyes and met with a woman.

I gasped

What?!!

Her face! It looks familiar.

I know her she's Mi-Hi

I kept staring at her. I suspected she didn't really remember me. I heaved a sigh of relief. I wasn't expecting her to remember me.

It had been over 18 years when we last saw each other. I guess I changed a lot. But she was the same. She is only classic.

I was about to sit down when she called my name.

Not Bethany but my real name

"Oh Mi-Sun!!!!!"

I looked at her. I really do want to deny that name but she stood up and came closer to me.

"It's you, Mi-Sun. It you" she cooed

She hugged me

" eotteohge jinaess na yo (How have you been)?" she asked

I couldn't say a word. She was my best friend back then in Korea. We both worked for the Ho's family as maids until Mr Lee, (Mr Ho's best friend) asked his friend to let her follow him to America.

At first he said no but he finally agreed. We both cried the day she left. We tried as much as possible to keep in touch but after a year we lost contact and I never heard from her again.

I shrugged off the tears threatening to fall down.

"I'm not Oh Mi-Sun, my name is Bethany, please don't get me confused for another person" I said harshly

She looked at me and clean away her tears

"I’m so sorry, you looked like my long time best friend, we separated over 18 years ago" she said

She walked back to her seat as the man beside her handed her a handkerchief. She cleaned her face.

I know she knows I'm the one. But I'm happy she understands

I wanted to hug her back when she hugged me. I wanted to shed tears with her. But I can't.

Nobody must find out about my real identity. Nobody should.

I'm so sorry Mi-Hi, we can't be friends any more

I still love you but I'm so sorry

I sat down quietly with so many thoughts in my mind.
