Jonah didn't miss Felix's tone. It made him wonder if Felix actually believed that, or if he simply had no willingness to reveal what he knew. But he chose to respect him. With a nod, he rose to leave. “One more thing about sazers, Jonah.” Felix lit the lighter again. “It's always a wise policy not to judge people before you actually know what they're about. Nothing that Trip says is the gospel. Believe that.” Jonah didn't have it in him to tell Felix that it actually hadn't been Trip who said the unsavory things about sazers, but he took one thing to heart. Just like with Felix himself, if Trip hated them, they couldn't be all bad. He nodded in acknowledgement and left Felix, who stared at the lighter's flame in an almost meditative silence. “What the hell does Felix know about Trip?”
