Chapter 13: Jamie
Jamie’s stretched out on the sofa in the lounge, watching television. Part of him thinks maybe he should check on Thad, and part of him doesn’t want to seem too pushy. Today’s the second time Mark’s interrupted them, and they were face to face, so there’s no way Thad can’t know Jamie was trying to kiss him. When he’s ready to get that kiss, he’ll find Jamie and claim it.

Jamie isn’t sure, and as much as he’d love to rush into Thad’s room and wrap his arms around his friend, there’s a little seed of doubt in his mind stopping him.
