Clara’s POV
I ran through the forest, rushing to my mate’s side. My ears perked up at hearing my mate's voice, it seems that I am near. I looked around and saw clothes for me to wear, I went to change behind a tree and made my way to where the war will be held.
Klaus saw me getting near and smiled at me, I just looked at Klaus. This is the first time that I am facing him properly after he killed my parents. The Klaus that I knew is gone, all I can see is a corrupted wolf, a rogue.
“Why?” I asked Klaus when I passed through my pack members and joined Erik’s side.
“Why? Because it seems fun” Klaus answered, uninterested in my question. My heart clenched hearing his answer, he was one of the werewolves that I trusted and cared for with all of my heart and it hurts that we are like this
