The next morning I was awoken by a beam of light shining through the curtains. Not ready to be awake and have reality set in, I rolled over covering my face with the comforter. I had almost forgotten Kade was in the bed with me, until I stretched out, my body pressing up against his. I slid over a few inches to give him his own space.
I was caught off guard by the feeling of Kade's arms snaking around me, pulling my back up against him. My body tensed up as he pulled me against his warm, hard body. I was going to move away from him again, but in all honesty, I was enjoying being so close to him.
