The library was big enough. But given that it had complete silence, even the slightest noise was enough to alert anyone.
Alert anyone that someone had just entered it.
He was thinking that it could be Tanya.
Looking for him.
He wasn’t at the cafeteria.
If she was trying to look for him, she would have searched every inch of the school.
He figured that she probably checked out the football field, only to find nobody playing there.

He was avoiding her.
And she could have picked up on that.
He was sat by a table, not far from the window He was at the very end. He also faced one of last two bookshelves, that were at the back of the library.
