Despite its age and the fact that it had seen better days, Jim loved it. He'd spend hours tinkering with it, trying to make it run better. He'd spend time waxing and polishing its body and making sure it looked as good as it could.
Jim's friends and family thought he was crazy, but he knew that the car was unique and he was determined to keep it running as long as he could. He'd often take it out for a spin and just enjoy the feeling of driving the old car. He'd tell anyone who'd listen about the car and how it was like a part of his family.
