Heather 34 Downstairs, the next morning, Heather and Kyle enjoyed the breakfast included with their lodging. Heather loved B&Bs. They were almost always cozy, cottagey affairs and they catered to the more romantic of furnishings, which was just perfect for Heather. That’s what she liked. Her home was a little too prayer-flaggy, neo-hippie for Heather’s taste. She liked the eclectic vintage feel of it, though, and her desk was beautiful. She liked old things, but beautiful-old, not rustic-old. Shabby chic was okay, if it wasn’t too shabby. The hardwood floors in the breakfast room were made warm with carpets in green and ivory.
