Kathryn 42 Kathryn woke the next morning in her own room at the inn, across the hall from Kyle and Heather’s. She told herself that she didn’t have any opinion about Kyle and Heather sharing a bed. On the one hand, she was grateful for his help and wished for a normal relationship for Heather. But on the other hand, that scary sadness poked at her when she thought of Heather living elsewhere.
