Chapter- Thirty Three
Things start changing slowly.
It’s nothing drastic, nothing that would let Augustus actually breathe out in relief for once and nothing that guarantees him that Astrid is well again; he is pretty sure Astrid will never be ‘well’ again after what she has been through, but he just needs her to be there, to find herself alive and breathing with something other than the constant silence and dullness that surrounds her, to see her smiling again; but there are changes, small things that Augustus notices and he is tremendously grateful for regardless of its impacts.
