I remained silent in response to his question, and I stayed quiet. He didn't speak either. After that, we left the condo, and he drove the car at a very high speed.
"Can you drive slowly, Marco?!" I exclaimed to him. But it's like he didn't hear anything I said.
After a while, we arrived at the university.
"Did Marco drop you off here?" Amber asked me as soon as I got out of the car.
"Uh, how did you know?" I turned to look at her suspiciously.
"How would I not know? The whole university is buzzing with gossip right now."
"Tsk," was all I could say before I focused my attention on the homework I was working on because I hadn't done anything the night before.
"Anyways, be careful, Gem. Jin might just suddenly show up here and question you about Marco dropping you off," Amber joked.
