Proposal Accepted

Niki was at school talking to Dylan about what was going on between her and Jake since it was lunchtime.

Tell me Niki, what happened, and why did you give in to Jake like that?

Because I love him and I don't know what to do anymore.

I'm totally confused baby. What should I do? He wants me to give him a chance. Then why don't you try him? Really? Are you sure? Yeah, just try and see.

I hope Jake breaks her heart for me to get her. I'm not a bad friend. I just love her so much, and I know Jake will never be perfect for her. Dylan said all this to himself while on his way to buy the food.

Food is ready baby. Mmm, the smell is really fantastic. Let's eat Dylan.

They ate their food in silence and when the break was over, they went to their respective classes. Since Niki is doing entertainment, most of her subjects are different from Dylan and Jake.

Niki is in her music class and all her mind is with Jake.

She is thinking about accepting him today as her boyfriend, but she doesn't know if it is right or not. The lesson had come to an end and she didn't hear anything.

She took her bag and went straight home since she had many plans for the rest of the day.

She is in the house cooking Jake's favorite food. When the food was done, she served it on the dining table. She sat on the chair waiting for Jake to arrive. For some minutes, she heard Jake's car parked, and she went to open the door. She went outside to talk to him.

Jake, you are late. I cooked your favorite food. Sorry, but I won't eat. He walked past me. I couldn't take it, so I turned and hugged him from the back.

I love you Jake, I love you so much and I have accepted your proposal.

Jake couldn't believe it since his eyes were gorging out.

Are you really sure, Nik? Yep. I have loved you from the day I came to this house. Shhhh,

Then Jake kissed her. To tell you the truth, it was a passionate kiss.

I love you Nik, only you baby. They both smiled at each other and they went inside.

Are you going to eat now, Jake? Yep, serve me please.

She served Jake and they both started to eat.

Some few minutes later, Mrs Monica went there to eat.

Wow, am I not invited?

Sorry Mrs Monica, I forgot to call you.

You will, because in this house, only my son is important to you and you will never have him.

Pardon, Mrs Monica?

Nothing dear, never mind. Please sit and let me serve you. Don't worry, you eat. I will serve myself. Thanks.

Jake, why are you wearing your school uniform? I was starving mom. Okay, but next time don't do that again.

Mom, when is dad coming back home? Soon, don't worry.

After Mrs Monica's interrogation, they ate the rest of the food in silence.

It is nighttime and Niki is in her room learning. She heard a knock on the door and when she went to open it, she saw that it was Jake standing there.

Jake, what are you doing here?

Nothing, I came here to see you. Okay, come inside.

Don't tell Mom we are dating. Okay? But why Jake? Because mom doesn't like you for me. I will be the one to tell her, okay. Fine, I will not tell her anything then.

Thanks for understanding Niki, that is why I love you so much.

Then he started kissing her. He pushed her on the bed, and they started making love to each other. Then they heard Jake's mom calling.

Jake! Where are you? Your dad wants to talk to you.

Mom, I am here in Niki's room.

Jake, what are you doing? Don't you know your mom will find out about us?

Come on Niki, she won't.

He continued kissing me until we heard a knock on the door.

Jake, open the door. Mrs Monica yelled outside the door. Jake didn't, but I hurriedly opened the door to miss Monica.

Jake, why are you sitting on her bed? She asked, holding her waist.

Nothing mom, we are talking about school things.

Why are you looking for me? Your dad wants to see you. Tell him later, I am busy mom. Are you kidding me Jake? .

No mom, I am not and am deadly serious. What are you guys talking about that is really more important than your dad, huh?

Jake, please go talk to your dad.

Don't be stubborn and listen to your mom, okay?

Jake and his mom went out of her room to his mom's room to talk. I wanted to follow them in other to eavesdrop their conversation but is not good.

Meanwhile, Mrs Monica was telling Jake that his father had another son somewhere and that the boy would be coming with their father, Mr. Leonardo from abroad soon. So he should behave and go back to Lily, since they have a lot of money, and they will be useful to their company.

But mom, I can't just marry Lily. I don't love her and I will never. She has a bad attitude which I don't like.

I know, my dear, but you don't have other choice than to follow my orders.

Jake wants to refuse it, but Mrs Monica warns him that he will lose the heir to his senior brother Ronald if he refuses to marry Lily, the only daughter of a wealthy family.

What will Jake do? Will he choose the company or Nik his lover?
