Okay Lilly here is the thing, I know Charles was never going to come clean for some reasons , which one of the is to guide you and others are best explained by him she said raising an eye brow at him, the thing is you are only capable of rest that long just as he said only because you are being buried at that instant which is not going to be that long as you might emphasis , but worth it and as for daily rest, the preferred word used instead of sleep is just some decisions or rather instinct, is more like one of those natural things on earth such as death, you can rest and decide not to, that's it if still complicated to understand for now, just bear in mind that ghosts don't sleep understood
