Chapter 25We walked amongst the guests, Caleb taking the opportunity to introduce me to a few I hadn't yet met. We reached an area where a middle-aged woman sat. Distanced from the other guests, she was watching them with a tinge of sadness in her steel grey eyes. In a wheelchair beside her was a young woman, perhaps my age or a little older. Her face was turned away towards the lake but I could see she was breathtakingly beautiful. Her long blonde hair was braided and hung down across her right shoulder and the wheelchair had a mass of brightly colored helium balloons tied to the handholds. As we approached, Caleb spoke in a low voice. “Gracie has some issues of her own, Finn.
