“What are you doing?” I asked in confusion.
“Surprise!” He spread his hands apart.
Even though I lost the bet, I was glad he allowed me to wear pink because it fit the special day theme. I couldn't have had a carefree day without wearing my favorite dress.
However, I didn't expect him to do the same. He even wore a pair of angel wings on his back. I got closer and examined them. He got wings similar to the ones I ordered from the hotel!
“How did you get similar wings?” I asked.
“These are the wings you ordered. Zofia told me about this. So, I wore them. I just found out it was your birthday on Valentine's Day.” He handed me a black card. “Do whatever you want.”
