    Rosaline was visibly shaking. I tilted my head and heard her heart beating with such vigor I'm shocked it didn't explode.    

    "Lilith.... What are you doing here.... Why...." Rosaline asked. 

    "Lilith, I hate to tell you, but you know the girl I told you about? The one that blew up the wolf-man?" I asked.

    "Yeah... but...." I nodded to Rosaline. 

    "She was the girl." I said. Rosaline's eyes flashed red and in seconds she was in my face swinging. I took the blow and stepped back. Dominic hit a lot harder than she did...

    "You! Filthy, disgusting, beast! You ruined everything! Lilith was supposed to be mine! She was supposed to love me! Before you came along, I did EVERYTHING for her! I was her rock, her shoulder to cry on, even the stupid king was supposed to die at my hand, but you had to be merciful and kind.... You just had to beat me to being the savior!" She yelled as she kept attacking. I brushed all the physical attacks off, but then she blasted me with some kind of concentrated magic. It hurt. Worse than anything Dominic could throw, almost as bad as Lilith's dragon flame. I grunted at the force behind it and quickly moved to actively protect against a second attack. The power shattered the shield I made, but also stopped in doing so. 

    "I have no idea what you're going on about, but if you really love Lilith then why the hell would you dare put a black market in the city she cares so much about!" I returned fire with my words, "I don't care to be her rock, her shoulder to cry on, I don't do anything for her. The things I do, that help her, are things like helping her train so that she can be her own rock, help her learn so she can prevent her own tears. I make sure she can do things herself so that she does not need anyone! Especially not manipulative people like you!" I shouted. 

    "Shut up, you know nothing about love!" Rosaline yelled. 

    "And you think you do? I may not have grown up in a loving world, but even I know that you don't treat people you love like that." I returned fire on a large attack she sent my way. 

    "Lilith is not just someone! She is everything! A powerful dragon, A beauty without an equal! No one can ever compare to her!" Rosaline yelled. 

    "You talk about her like she's a belonging! Lilith is not something to own, you can't control her, you can't treat her like a pet! She is all that you said, yes, Powerful, beautiful... She is amazing without a doubt! But that is why I empower her more so! I Refuse to let her settle for anything less then she is! Dominic over there is the same way! They are both people I adore and want to help them grow even stronger and more amazing! And when they choose to do so, I will see them off with joy knowing that two of the most amazing people I have ever met, are doing amazing things in the world, with confidence, with pride." I said knocking Rosaline down. With my final words Lilith moved in. She looked down at Rosaline with tears in her eyes.

    "I loved you. I trusted you. This is how you treat me? Treat the people I love? Lady Shadow is more than a friend to me. I admire her and she does everything she can to make sure I am not taken advantage of... she strengthens me and empowers me, and you tried to kill her?" Lilith demanded. I saw the glow of fire in her throat as her emotions made it into her voice. She was hurting.

    "Lilith, step back. She is attacking me. You do not need to kill your friend." I said. Lilith refused to move. The glow in her throat grew brighter.

    "You betrayed me, you used me. Now you will pay for it!" With that the flames roared to life and the scream to follow was quickly cut short as Rosaline was roasted. Lilith broke down in tears. Pain washed over me at the sight. Lilith who was normally so happy and cheerful.... Who just earlier was arguing about who would take me on a date first with Dominic. I sat beside her and pulled her against me. Dominic was quick to pick us both up and hold us close. Lilith cried for over two hours and we sat there with her.

    "Can I carry you two back home? My legs are cramping." Dominic asked. Lilith had a giggle bubble through the tears.

    "I can walk. Let's go.." Lilith stuck her chin up and headed for the door. I was proud of her in that moment. Dominic and I followed her and on the way Dominic was true to his role and helped lighten the mood.

    "You mean all that back there? You really love us?" He asked.

    "I meant every word." I answered.

    "AWWW! She loves us!" Dominic yelled and pulled me into a hug. Lilith laughed and rushed to my side to grab my arm as she had done so many times before.

    "I knew she loved me, you I'm shocked about.... but if its for Shadow's happiness, I can handle sharing her." Lilith said. 

    "So we share her now?" Dominic asked.

    "It's better than fighting over her and stressing her out." Lilith answered. 

    "Wait are you seriously talking about sharing me romantically?" I asked as it dawned on me. 

    "That'd what we've been fighting over all this time, so we agree now. We will share you." Lilith said snuggling up to me. I felt my face start burning as the shock rocked through me. 

    "I thought you were joking..." I almost whispered. They laughed.

    "Nope, as serious as it gets." Dominic said.

    "We love you, dearly. We would never joke about that." Lilith agreed. I felt the panic starting to rise in my chest. 

    "Oh." Was all I could say. Suddenly images flashed in my mind of the things I considered to be impossible before and the fact that I had never even so much as hugged someone romantically before became a glaring fact in my eyes. 

    When we made it home we ate dinner and went our separate ways to bed. I sat up all night as I went over the evenings events. I thought life would be more peaceful once the black market was dealt with.... but this new three way romance would prove to be more stressful than anything else the world would throw at me.
