Emily was looking at the pictures from their wedding, when Oliver entered her office.
“Hey, beautiful. What are you doing?” Oliver said and walked up to her with a heartbreaking smile on his face.
Emily instantly felt the butterflies in her stomach going crazy and a smile lit up her face. Even though she saw him every day, the reaction remained the same. Ever since he had told her that he loved her, Emily was over the moon.
“Well, I was just looking at our wedding photos. They came in the morning,” Emily said, and turned her laptop to face Oliver.
Oliver took a look at the photos and nodded in appreciation.
“One lucky bride to have such a handsome groom,” Oliver said with a smirk.
Emily scowled at him and threw her pen at him. Oliver ducked in time to evade it and grinned at Emily.
