Emily blinked, seeing Oliver standing inside her home. When had he come inside? She looked around and saw no one else who had brought him in. He must have come in by himself.
“What the hell are you doing here?” She asked and looked him up and down as if unable to believe that he was standing there.
“Eleanor told me that you’re moving to your new home, so I came here to see if you needed any help,” Oliver said while looking around at the mess.
Emily followed his gaze and scratched her forehead. She didn’t know how he was going to help her. She doubted Oliver ever had trouble even moving to a new room. His servants did everything for him. Then how would he know how to help her? And how was Emily going to tolerate his presence after what he said last time?
