Hidden Crown ๐ ( The Secret Of Rajkotia ) part 3
. . . . .
Amarthya smiles warmly and asks:
" Arpitha, may we ask , what brings you to this part of town ? Do you live nearby ? "
Abhay adds curiously:
" And what's your story - are you a student , working professional . . . ? "
Arpitha looks up at them , surprised by their interest, and begins to open up .
Arpitha smiles softly and says :
" I'm a college student , studying literature . . . My family is actually quite mysterious - I've never known my parents, grew up in orphanages my whole life . "
Amarthya and Abhay exchange a stunned glance - their eyes widening in surprise .
Abhay leans in closer , voice low and intrigued :
" Really . . . no family at all ? Not even a hint about who they might be ? "
Amarthya adds , his eyes locked intensely on Arpitha's face :
" We might be able to help you uncover some answers . . . "
Arpitha's eyes sparkle with curiosity as she asks :
" How could you possibly help me uncover my family's secrets ? You barely know me . . . "
Amarthya smiles gently and says :
" Actually , we're from a . . . influential family ourselves . We have resources and connections that might aid your search ."
Abhay adds , pulling out a small notebook and pen :
" May we take down some details about your past - orphanages , names of caregivers , anything that might help us start investigating ? "
Arpitha hesitates for a moment , then nods slowly . . .
Suddenly , Amarthya's eyes widen as he looks at Abhay and whispers :
" Brother , I think I recognize something about her . . . "
Abhay quickly intervenes ,
" Ignore him , Arpitha , Amar's just tired from traveling. "
He smiles warmly at you and continues :
" So , shall we start with those orphanage details ? "
Arpitha nods , still curious about Amarthya's sudden reaction , but trusting Abhay's reassurance .
As she begins to share her story, Amarthya leans back , his eyes fixed intensely on her face . . .
His whisper to Abhay is barely audible:
" Brother . . . her eyes . They're identical to Mother's . . . "
Arpitha catches Amarthya staring at her and feels a shiver run down her spine .
She looks away , trying to focus on Abhay , but glances back at Amarthya - his intense gaze makes her heart skip a beat .
Abhay notices her distraction and follows her gaze to Amarthya , raising an eyebrow in question .
Arpitha clears her throat and asks softly :
" Is everything okay . . . Amarthya seems a bit . . . intense . "
Abhay smiles diplomatically :
"Yes, everything's fine. Amar's just . . . passionate about helping people . "
Amarthya finally looks away, his face neutral again - but Arpitha senses a secret lurking beneath his calm exterior . . .
Arpitha leans in slightly , her voice low and curious :
" Amarthya , you seemed really interested in my story . . . and then you just stared at me like you knew me .
What is it ? "
Amarthya's neutral expression falters for a moment, before he glances at Abhay , who subtly nods for him to speak .
Amarthya takes a deep breath and says :
" Arpitha . . . your eyes , your hair color . . . they remind me of someone from my family's past . "
He pauses , studying her reaction before adding barely above whisper :
" Someone we thought was lost forever . . . "
Arpitha's eyes widen with excitement as she asks :
" Who ? Tell me! "
But before Amarthya can answer , Abhay quickly intervenes :
" Amar , stop . This is getting too personal too fast . "
Abhay turns to Arpitha with a gentle smile :
" We barely know each other , Arpitha. Amarthya's just being overly dramatic . "
Arpitha looks back at Amarthya , sensing he's hiding something significant , and presses on :
" No , I want to know . . . what did you mean by 'lost forever' ? "
Amarthya's eyes lock onto hers , filled with a deep emotion , before he whispers :
" It might mean . . . you're family . "
. . . . .
Arpitha arrives home , locks the door , and leans against it , mind racing with Amarthya's words :
" You're family . . . ' What could he possibly mean ? "
She paces around her small apartment, curiosity burning .
Meanwhile , Amarthya walks beside Abhay in silence until they reach their car, then whispers :
" Brother , I think I know why Mother's eyes match Arpitha's . . .
Our sister , the one who died at birth . . . I believe Arpitha IS her . "
Abhay looked at him With agreeing gaze .

* * The Kingdom * *
A centuries - old , closely guarded secret within the Rajkotia Kingdom :
* * The Future Queen Will Bring Destruction * *
A ancient prophecy foretells that the future queen of Rajkotia will bring catastrophic ruin to the kingdom , destroying everything her ancestors built .
Only the current King , Queen , and a few trusted advisors know this ominous secret .
And unbeknownst to them . . .
* *The Palace Chambers* *
King Rajendra paced nervously in front of the throne , while Queen Padmini sat calmly beside him .
" My king , we have some news to discuss , "
Queen Padmini said softly .
King Rajendra stopped pacing and turned to her , his eyes filled with curiosity .
" What is it , my queen ? "
Lady Nalini entered the room .
" Your Majesties , I have news that may change everything . "
King Rajendra's eyes locked onto hers .
" What is it , Lady Nalini ? "
Lady Nalini took a deep breath .
" The astrologers' prophecy about our future queen . . . was incorrect . "
Queen Padmini leaned forward , intrigued .
" What do you mean ? They said she would bring destruction . "
Lady Nalini smiled .
" No , Your Majesties . Our sources reveal the opposite :
the future queen will bring unprecedented prosperity and wealth to our kingdom . "
Queen Padmini leaned forward , intrigued .
" How did the astrologers make such a grave mistake ? "
Lady Nalini's expression turned solemn .
" They were unaware of a crucial detail, Your Majesties . . .
A secret surrounding the birth of our future queen . "
King Rajendra's eyes narrowed .
" What secret , Lady Nalini ? "
Lady Nalini took a deep breath before revealing :
" The child born to you both 20 years ago was not stillborn as believed . . .
A loyal servant secretly saved the infant from a powerful enemy who sought to harm our royal family . "
Queen Padmini's face turned pale with shock .
" Our child . . . is alive? ! "
King Rajendra grasped her hand , equally stunned .
Queen Padmini collapsed into tears , overcome with emotion .
" No . . . it can't be . . . our child . . . alive . . . "
King Rajendra held her tightly , his own eyes welling up with tears .
" My queen . . . our prayers . . . they were answered . . . "
He choked back a sob , his voice barely audible .
" Twenty years . . . we've mourned her loss . . . and she's been alive all along . . ."
Lady Nalini stood solemnly , allowing the royal couple to process the shocking news .
Queen Padmini pulled back , her face streaked with tears , and grasped King Rajendra's hands .
" Find her . . . bring our child home . . . we must know her . . . "
King Rajendra nodded fiercely , determination etched on his face .
" We will , my queen . Our child will be reunited with us . "
