" what's so special about it . " Abhay leaned in , his voice low , " this is sister Nirmala's diary . Amarthya's eyes widened slightly . " sister nirmala ? " Abhay nodded . " yes , that's her . and she write's about a baby girl born to our parents but supposedly died at birth . however she hints that the baby might have been smuggled out of the palace and taken to the orphanage . " Amarthya took the diary , readed the last page about Abhay mentioned . He scanned the words with the mixture of shock and curiosity . When he finished reading he looked at Abhay . " this can't be true we could have known if our sister was alive . " Abhay nodded . The only sound the ticking of the clock on the wall . Finally Prince Amarthya spoke up . " we need to investigate this further . but we must be careful . if our parents find out , they will Furious . sister Nirmala visited raj kotia several times before her death . maybe , someone who met her can help us . " Abhay nodded in agreement . ' I will start by asking our staff if they remember anything about her visit . you should try to find out if she had any contacts or friends in Rajkotia who might know something . " . . . . . They spoke to the palace staffs , guards , and even some of the villagers . but no one seemed to know anything . The brothers met again in the evening , looking frustrated and disappointed . " I didn't get anything , " Prince Abhay said. " No one remembers anything about Sister Nirmala's visits or any suspicious activity around the time our sister was supposed to have died . " Prince Amarthya shook his head . " I didn't get anything either . It's like Sister Nirmala never existed , except for this diary . " The brothers sat in silence for a moment , thinking . They were reminiscing about their daughter who had supposedly died at birth. " We never got to see her face , " the queen said , her voice filled with sorrow . " We never got to hold her in our arms . " The king nodded, his eyes filled with tears. " I remember the day she was born . The midwife told us she didn't survive . We were devastated . " The queen wiped away her tears . " We never even got to name her . She was just . . . gone . " The king put his arm around the queen, pulling her close . " We have our sons , Amarthya and Abhay . They are our world now . " The queen nodded , but her eyes were still filled with sadness . " I know . But sometimes I wonder . . . what if . " The queen ' s voice trailed off , and the king looked at her curiously . " What if what , my dear ? " he asked gently. The queen sighed. " What if our daughter had lived ? What would she be like now ? Would she be happy ? Would she have found love and had children of her own ? " The king's expression turned thoughtful . " We'll never know , " he said softly . " But we have to focus on the children we do have . Amarthya and Abhay need us to be strong for them . " The queen nodded, but her eyes were still filled with tears . " I know . " Prince Rudra's eyes narrowed . " A sensitive matter ? What do you mean ? " Lord Vikram leaned in closer . " I'm not entirely sure , but I think it might have something to do with the king and queen's deceased daughter . Maybe there's more to the story than we . . . " Prince Rudra's eyes widened in surprise . " Their deceased daughter ? I thought she died at birth . " Lord Vikram nodded . " That's what everyone thinks . But like I said , I don't know the details . Maybe it's just a rumor . But if it's true . . . it could be big . " Prince Rudra thought for a moment . " I'll look into it . Discreetly , of course . If this rumor is true , it could affect the entire kingdom of Rajkotia . " Prince Rudra decided to keep the rumor a secret for now . He didn't want to alarm his parents or the people of Kalinga without knowing the truth . Instead , he focused on his royal duties and training . But his mind kept wandering back to the rumor . He couldn't shake the feeling that there was some truth to it . As he trained with Lord Vikram , Prince Rudra asked him to find out more about the rumor . " Discreetly , " he added.
