It had only been a few hours till dawn, but it felt like a decade. I spent the whole night wondering what might have happened, where he might be at the moment?, why do I care?.
My weary eyes rested on the ceiling tops when I heard a knock on the door, it barely piqued my interest, the burden of thoughts that weighed down my mind, made me still for as long as I could remember.
