That very afternoon, the Enforcers released an official bulletin.
"Regarding the wasteland highway car crash, investigation has concluded that Camille is the zero-fault victim in this collision. Anyone who continues to engage in cyberbullying or physical attacks will be viewed as openly defying werewolf law."
Less than an hour after the bulletin went up, the eyewitness who had committed perjury broke under the pressure. He posted a public apology and was immediately thrown into the dungeons by the Enforcers.
The mob that had cornered and attacked me at the hospital gates was also tracked down by Declan's men. They were forced to make a public apology before being locked up for aggravated assault.
