I told her everything, start to finish.
When I was done, Elise let out a loud whistle, her emerald eyes sparking with excitement.
"Moon Goddess! You actually rejected that arrogant prick in public? Camille, that is so badass! I bet his wolf is howling in agony right now because he realized he can't control you anymore!"
Hearing Elise joke about it made the heavy cloud that had been hanging over me all night start to lift.
I pulled out my comm-stone and, right in front of Elise, sent a few messages to Roxanne, the maid back at the villa. Then I clicked the screen off.
Elise leaned over to see the messages and her eyes nearly popped out of her head.
