Discussing Combat Training Camp

Three weeks earlier,
Kai POV: I am driving to meet up with the gang at the music store before
we all head to class and all I can think about is making sure to get Storm
to ask the alpha to allow us to attend the training camp we heard about in
school yesterday.
(Do you think he will be there) Blaze my wolf ask me.
“Packs from all over the world will be there and I’m sure we will have a better
chance at finding him, but for now let’s make sure we are there as well”....
As I walk into the store I see her my best friend and soon to be alpha looking
as beautiful as ever, I walk up and wrap my arms around her shoulders...
“Hey love how is my little song bird bad ass today?”
“Heeeyyy Kai!!!” She says as she turns around and jumps on me like we
didn’t just see each other last night. “I am great kai how about
you?”
“Well I am good too..., but it would be great if you
could talk your dad into letting us go on the combat
camping trip.”
“Come on Kai you know her dad doesn’t want people to
know about her or the existence of our wolves. Hell I’m
surprise he let us attend school or go to the store,
Plus....”Nuebia says as she walks up to us along with the gang.
“PLUS (Jax interrupted) you know that no one has to know
that we can shift or who she is...Yes they will see us
as omegas probably but honestly
who gives a sh*t. We know who we are and what we can
do so lets just go and have some fun for once.”
“So does this mean you are going to ask Storm the alpha?
You know if you pitch it to him he cant say no. At least
not to you anyway.” Nuebia asks.
“ALRIGHT everyone back up off my girl she got this.
Don’t worry so much right Songbird.” Kai says with a smirk on his lips.
With a mischievous smile on her face Storm turns to her friends
and says “Who's the baddest of them all!!!!She Laughs.”
“OoooKkkaaayy... cut out all the fairytale theatrics
and lets go before we are all late to class my Nubian
Goddess.” I said to Storm
“Hey guys wait has anyone seen Chris today?” Naomi asked.
“Last I talk to him he said he was training this
morning after our run so he may not come in today.” Jax
informed us.
“Just like Chris to never take a break.” Storm says
“Oh really like you ever do Storm” Nuebia laughs....“You are
always training if not rehearsing.”
“Speaking of rehearsal are we on for today or what I’m totally ready
to finishing off the bridge today” Naomi inquires.
Kai & Kandice both says, “We're In!!!” while Nuebia shakes her
head in agreement, and Jax replies, “After I hit a few laps
I'll be there” “I think we should all hit the track
incase rehearsal run late like last time at least we
can tell alpha that we did train some.
” Kandice looks at everyone shaking their heads in agreement and as
the alpha she is, gives the order, “Okay everyone how about this
we skip Independent studies and head straight to the
gym get in a few workouts, hit the mat for combative
training, and lastly follow up with 500 laps around
the field. by then it should be about 7pm that gives
us enough time to hit the showers and meet at the pack
house studio for rehearsal by 8pm.”
“Spoken like a true queen, but one question oh mighty great one
(Jax says sarcastically) just when do we eat in all
this?”
“Damn Jax is food all you think about, and don’t be acting all
brand new... we can order out like always duh!!!” I say to Jax
bored of this conversation.
“Right guys so what do you guys say?” Storm asks us as we all
reply with a simple “Cool....”and head to class.
