Definitely Not My Mate

Me and Ariah hopped in the car to get to school after grabbing a quick bite. I was dreading having to go to school and see Landon's face knowing the dog that he was now and also a little scared to let my twin sister find out , But I guess here goes nothing. Avoiding eye contact with her and with a knot in my throat I manage to say , Ariah I'm ready to talk about what happened this morning when you heard me come in. She looks at me and nods as to say continue so I do... gulp.... Before I tell you, I want you  to promise me that you won't make a big deal about it because I'm handing it already. She looks at me with big eyes knowing that if she doesn't promise, I won't tell her." Fine I promise," she says rolling her eyes. I continue and tell her that last night I went out because my bestfriend Becca called me to tell me she seen Landon out with the pack w***e, Veronica. Of course I couldn't believe it was true unless I seen it with my own eyes. Especially me truly believing we were fated mates and us having been together 2 years already. So I snuck out to follow him and sure enough he was. He took her to our special place and once I seen them kiss I couldn't look away as painful as it was because I wanted to see how far they would take it. One thing led to another and the next thing I seen was them ripping each others clothes off. They went all the way...I paused as a few tears rolled down my cheeks and then continued. It went on and on for hours until I eventually cried myself to sleep behind a bush and I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. It was Becca calling to see if I made it home. That's when you caught me sneaking back in through the window . I knew I couldn't miss our  training session with dad, so I hurried home .The worst part of it all is he didn't even know I was there and I could tell that's exactly where he wanted to be, but I know the Moon Goddess has something better for me. I knew she was mad anger was written all over her face as we sat there now in silence for a few moments.
