Damian opened his eyes slowly, his vision gradually coming into focus. His body felt heavy, as though every muscle was weighed down by the weight of the world. He groaned, attempting to sit up.
“You okay?” The doctor’s voice snapped Damian out of his haze.
Damian glanced around and saw the others. Luca, Theo, Jeff, Casio, all with somber expressions as though they had just witnessed his funeral.
Damian tried to speak, but his voice came out hoarse. "How long?"
