“Okay, where are you taking me to?” I asked after catching my breath.
Rich hadn’t looked at me since he yelled at me and started tugging me along with him. Although the water park was huge with various segments, I could tell that we weren’t going to the kids. I could tell he was taking me far away from the kids, and the last thing I needed right now was to be away from my kids.
“Say something, Rich.” I pressed for answers just as I recalled that I had to call Dana. “Can I use your phone? I need to call–”
“Just shut up and follow me, Maliyah. I have heard enough and heard enough from you.” Rich snapped. “It’s time for you to listen to me.”
