Despite all odds and the current situation with Rich, I had a peaceful day. By peaceful, I’m referring to external factors like Dana, Fiona, the office, and my kids.
However, getting off of all these factors by skipping work and picking up the kids late from school opened the door to internal turmoil due to my lack of inspiration. Unlike the past few days, I was able to come up with a few designs but they didn’t speak to me.
They weren’t doing it for me and I would never release any design that doesn’t wow me.
So yes, I had a peaceful but equally stressful day.
However, as I sat down to have dinner with my girls later in the day, I wore a big smile.
