PROLOGUE

Crossing my legs again,I try to find a comfortable position, all the while trying not to look like an i***t. I have no idea what I am doing sitting outside the office of a well known Psychiatrist waiting for her to grace me with her presence.

Sitting on a stiff chair, I stare at the nameplate near the door, Dr.Ellis Martel,and think what abnormal behaviour I had shown(other than my normal ones) for my bestie to send me to a shrink to talk my feelings out.

leaving the fact that my mother died this week and I don't have any sad or heartbroken feelings.(only that I feel like a weight has been lifted off me but I didn't tell anyone about this).

I didn't have a good relationship with my parents from the start. I didn't know my father and mother had been controlling after his untimely death. And the fact that we had to constantly move around didnt help. Finally there was a period where i did what I wanted and the end wasn't what I wanted so lets leave it there.

Instead lets focus on the fact that the shrink I was supposed to spill my guts out isn't anywhere to be seen. aren't they supposed to be there before there patients or clients but my shrink is nowhere to be seen. she's been running late. Finally after 30 mins, she graces me her presence and I stand up from my chair, taking a deep breath walk inside the office. The office was very neat and precisely organised. I lifted my head to watch her. Her black blank eyes reveal nothing,just observing me observing her office. She is dressed perfect not even a tread out of place and asks me take my place .

After a moment she tells me that she was late because of an accident on her way and she was sorry for her tardiness.Then procceds to ask me questions about myself and then tells me to tell my story. It's not much but the way she says it without giving anything away. As she says that I finally go back to the time of my life when everything changed in my life so lets start, shall we?!
