Immediately we were done with breakfast, Xavier and I moved to his library, where we would usually plan. On getting there, we found Eryx already waiting.
“Good morning, Alphas.”
“Morning,” we answered at once, and I asked,
“How are you doing?”
“I’m doing well,” he said, and I hoped so.
