Su-Ho's eyes seemed to hold a deep sadness. "My family's secret... it's a burden I've carried for so long."
Ji-Hyun's heart went out to him. "What is it?" she asked softly.
Su-Ho took a deep breath. "My family's involved in some shady business dealings. We're not who we seem to be."
Ji-Hyun's eyes widened. "What kind of dealings?"
Su-Ho hesitated, looking around nervously. "I shouldn't have said this much."
Ji-Hyun's curiosity was piqued. "Tell me, Su-Ho. I want to help."
Su-Ho's eyes locked onto hers, filled with a desperate plea. "Promise me you'll keep this secret."
Ji-Hyun nodded, her heart pounding. "I promise."
And with that, Su-Ho began to reveal the truth....
Your turn! What's the truth about Su-Ho's family?
Su-Ho's voice dropped to a whisper. "My family's involved in a powerful organization. One that will stop at nothing to achieve its goals."
Ji-Hyun's eyes widened. "What organization?"
Su-Ho glanced around nervously. "I shouldn't have said this much. But I trust you, Ji-Hyun."
Ji-Hyun's heart raced. "Tell me, Su-Ho. I need to know."
Su-Ho's eyes seemed to cloud over. "The Serpent's Circle. They're a secret society with tendrils everywhere."
Ji-Hyun's mind reeled. "What do they want?"
Su-Ho's voice was barely audible. "Power. Control. And they'll crush anyone who gets in their way."
Ji-Hyun felt a chill run down her spine. "And your family's involved?"
Su-Ho nodded, his eyes filled with shame. "We're deep in. My father's one of the leaders."
Ji-Hyun's heart went out to Su-Ho. "You're not like them, Su-Ho. You can't be."
Su-Ho's eyes locked onto hers, filled with a desperate hope. "You don't know what I'm capable of, Ji-Hyun."
And with that, Su-Ho's expression changed. His eyes seemed to darken, his smile twisted.
Ji-Hyun felt a shiver run down her spine. Who was the real Su-Ho?
Your turn! What happens next?
