Ji-Hyun's heart felt heavy as she watched Su-Ho disappear into the crowd. She knew she had to act fast, to find a way to expose the Serpent's Circle and free Su-Ho from their grasp.
She began to dig deeper, researching the organization and its members. But every lead seemed to end in a dead-end, every trail cold.
Frustrated and defeated, Ji-Hyun considered giving up. But then she received a mysterious message, a cryptic warning that read:
"Look closer at those around you. The enemy is hiding in plain sight."
Ji-Hyun's mind raced as she wondered who could have sent the message. And then it hit her - the truth about her own family's involvement with the Serpent's Circle.
Ji-Hyun's world was turned upside down as she realized her own father might be a member of the organization. She felt like her whole life had been a lie....

Her father sighed, his shoulders sagging. "I was, Ji-Hyun. But I got out, years ago."
Ji-Hyun's eyes searched his face. "Why should I believe you?"
Her father's eyes pleaded for understanding. "Because I'm trying to protect you, Ji-Hyun. The Serpent's Circle is dangerous. They'll stop at nothing to get what they want."
Ji-Hyun's mind reeled. "And Su-Ho? What about him?"
Her father's expression turned grim. "Su-Ho's in too deep, Ji-Hyun. He's a pawn in their game."
Ji-Hyun's heart ached. She knew she had to save Su-Ho, no matter what....
Just then, a loud crash echoed from outside. Ji-Hyun's father rushed to the window, his face pale.
"What is it?" Ji-Hyun asked, her heart racing.
Her father's voice was barely audible. "They've found us."
