Alpha Walton was thrilled when we agreed to stay for a little while. Normally a she-wolf joins her mate's pack, and that was most likely what was going to happen here because eventually, we will need to return, but I wanted to give Emerson a chance to get to know her father. I couldn’t imagine ever letting go of my pup and couldn’t even guess what he had gone through all these years, not knowing where his family was and if they were safe.
