Kelly POV.
The culmination realm was dying but at a really slow pace. The leaves rustled and crackled beneath our feet as we walked. Gerard walked at a considerable distance from us leaving Sebastian and myself behind.
“I really don’t trust him.” Sebastian rasped beside me and I smiled.
“Maybe you should keep your trust issues to yourself.” I said to him earning a grumble.
“Whether we like it or not, we still need his help. We’re in an unknown land and we don’t have a map of this place. We would need his magic.” I explained.
“I understand but one of us has to be with him, always.” He said and quickened his pace to catch up with Gerard.
I stayed behind but I was able to hear bits and pieces of their information. Sebastian asking Gerard of the sorcerer way of life
