The Supreme Hall was already packed when I stepped inside. They, too, were looking forward to the conclusion of this session, eager to see whether I would successfully break my bond with Alexander, or whether Alexander would continue to brand me as his Luna while keeping his mistress by his side.
"Go on and nail it. I assure you, you will break the bonds with him," I heard Lucien's whisper in my ear. "The majority of the people here are on your side—including the Head Council."
