I found out that Amanda was Lucien's cousin. When he returned from outside to the packaging plant, a faint frown formed between his brows. His gaze swept over Kathleen and me, and he asked in a low, stern voice, "What happened?"
Kathleen crossed her arms and sneered, her eyes full of mockery and reproach. She spoke directly to Lucien, "Isn't it because you gave Amanda the wrong signals that she keeps thinking she's your Luna? But don't worry, Scarlett has already handled it perfectly. If you show up at the banquet tonight holding Scarlett's hand, maybe Amanda will finally wake up and let go of her ridiculous fantasy."
