Ten “Let’s go over it again,” Watt groaned, slamming the spacebar of the dodgy old computer I had stashed away in the corner of the office. “Agggh. I hate presentations!” I pulled a pillow over my head and screamed into it. “Whyyyyy.” “Because we’re trying to bring down an evil slave lord,” he chimed in. “I hate you.” “No, you hate me being right.” He pulled the cursor back, replaying some of the footage Derek had shot from his many cameras. How he knew how to handle all those buttons and videos was beyond me. It was like witchcraft. Not the real kind, that I did understand.
