Winnie instinctively moved closer to Theo. The memory of Andy breaking down earlier still sat heavy in her mind. Every time she saw him, that fear came back.
"Thank you, Mr. Sawyer," Theo said behind her. He wrapped an arm around Winnie and looked down at her, while his words were aimed at Andy. "However, I will be the one buying things for my own child."
"You..." Andy snapped. Anger flashed across his face, but he could not argue back.
