Chapter 15After a few more words of thanks to Hinata, Henry, arms not only filled with maps and charts, but also a small bundle of biscuits, headed back into the rain with no real destination in mind. The most rational place to head to would be the tower. He’d promised Theo he’d eat, and he did intend to keep that promise, and he had quite a number of things to deposit there.
But the thought of returning there alone, of remaining alone while Theo worked, while one day dwindled away until Percival Therion-Windham swooped in to steal Theo away for whatever abhorrent or innocent intentions he had, left Henry feeling rather unnerved, an emotion he knew would worsen as the day went on.
