Chapter 11I worked, I slept, I talked to Sof. I stopped helping out around the house. I stopped doing stuff with the kids unless Luke was there. I took my medicine every day like I was supposed to, got my blood tested every week, and I was Sof. f*****g. Tired. My job finally cut my hours back down to part time, which helped in one way, but in another made things worse because on all my days off I just lay in bed, either sleeping or texting. I didn’t want to do anything else. The book I was writing was forgotten. Sometimes Sof still sent me texts for her book, and I faithfully transcribed them, but afterwards I didn’t read over her work or really take any of it in. Finally the weekend came when I couldn’t even get out of bed for Luke. I lay in bed, exhausted and weak. Luke lay beside me
