Pandemonium broke out in the Old Courthouse this morning during the coroner's inquest into the death of Miss Norma Jennings, aged 22. Under questioning by crown counsel, Horatio Bongard, Dr. Seaton revealed a mysterious chemical substance had been found in Miss Jennings' bloodstream—a substance hitherto unidentified. Blood samples have been sent on to the Centre for Forensic Sciences in Toronto for further testing.
Dr. Seaton revealed that Miss Jennings was approximately eight weeks pregnant, whereupon, Mr. Blake Rothwell leapt to his feet, screaming, “Liar. Liar.
