The sun had already settled down, shading the bright sky with a gentle darkness. Zaiden stopped his car and then looked at Cyra, who had been silent from the moment they both left that jewellery store, and he had been noticing everything.
“Come out,” he said to her, making her look at him. Zaiden caught that numbness in her eyes which made him sigh, and then he unlocked the doors of his car.
He stepped out of his car and then walked towards her side. Opening the door, he extended his hand towards her. For a brief moment, Cyra gazed at his forwarded hand and then with a sigh, she placed her hand over his.
