Casper's POV
I caught her in my arms just in time.
"Oh my god is she ok!?" exclaimed Alexa.
"She's fine. I think the painkillers have finally hit her. I would appreciate it if you would all leave," I insisted.
"Aww, but we just got here," complained Aron.
Alexa nudged him, "Don't be rude Aron, Lily needs to rest."
"I agree," Josephine added.
They all mumbled in agreement finally leaving the house as I went to go lay Lily back down.

It was much later when Lily finally woke up. She stirred in bed her breath hitching as she turned on her side. I was currently working on business negotiations at her desk. I knew there was a study on the same floor, but I felt the need to be close to her.
She groaned like she usually did, and turned to face me. She smiled meekly when she saw me.
