I sat out in my balcony writing in my journal when my phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Hey Lily," answered Alexa.
"Hey Lex, what's up?"
"We're celebrating our anniversary this weekend, and I wanted to know if you wanted to come celebrate with us."
I bit my lip.
"And don't worry, Casper won't be there," she read my mind. "He's on hiatus right now. He called me a while ago to tell me he was going to be gone for a while."
"Oh...well I still don't know Lex. I'm supposed to be on complete bed rest," I excused.
"I already checked with Elsa, and she said it would be totally fine," she responded.
Well, she had me there.
"Alright, I'll be there."
